Our classes are friendly and non-competitive. Whether you live, work, or play on the South Shore, Milton Yoga is the perfect place to work on your strength and flexibility, balance the weight of your body and reduce stress and restore a sense of calm to your day.
New students, age 18 and over, can try out the studio for 14 consecutive days. Take as many classes as you like and pay only $25. This allows you to experience different classes. How many times you come during that 14 day period is at your own discretion. The offer expires 13 days after your first class. Offer good for local residents only.
